1. Forge shop :

a) 5 Nos. Belt Drop Forging Hammers apacity1000 Kgs. (3 Nos.), 1500 Kgs & 3500 Kgs one no. each.
b) 5 Nos. Pneumatic Drop Forging Hammer of capacity 10000 Kgs. To 100000 Kgs of Huta Zygmunt (Polish) make. Models
MPM 3150B, 6300B, 10000B, 16000B, 31500B.
c) One no. Upsetter of 60mm capacity

2. Heat Treatment :

1) Fully automatic conveyorised Heat treatment plant with facilities for normalizing, ISO-annealing, Hardening, Tempering etc.
Of capacity 500 Tones per month.

2) CNC Induction Hardening & Tempering Machine.

3. Machine shop :

A well equipped machine shop including –
1. 3 Nos. CNC Vertical machining centre.
2. 15 Nos. CNC Turning centers of various capacities.
3. 2 Nos. CNC Drill-Tap centre.
4. 1 CNC Angular Head Plunge Grinder.

4. Cutting Shop :
a) 25 Nos. fully automatic bandsaw machine of capacity up to 450MM.

5. Finishing shop :

6. Tool Room :
A well-equipped tool room including CNC machining enters, EDM machines, of various capacities.

A computer controlled fully automatic phosphating and surface cleaning plant with conveyorised painting line.
